If I could do 3.5 stars, I definitely would. I appreciate small businesses so I give them a lot of slack, but this business made it a bit difficult to overlook service issues. Hopefully they learn from this and don’t take it as just criticism. The room looked okay, location was farther away from the parks but you get what you pay for. But when we came to the room, the bedding on one of the beds was completely filthy. The fact that it took 3 days for that to get resolved, and when it finally did, housekeeping and front desk was mad at us for asking to get them changed out seems absurd. I won’t apologize for wanting clean sheets and blankets in a room we just checked into. Once they changed that out and spruced up the room, we felt a world of difference. I understand the need to have a security do check ins at night (she was super nice by the way), but at least teach them all that they need to know. We’re there for the parks, so we have to leave early and comeback late; it makes it really difficult to come back just to do paperwork that should have been able to be completed at check in. The pool was actually great. Heated and with a hot tub. They even had someone grilling hotdogs
